We were asked to undertake refurbishment works for a new client on a building which was in a very sorry state in North London to bring it up to current standards and regulations.

Work involved: cleaning down the entire building including cladding and brickwork, re-spraying the cladding window frames, rainwater pipes and handrails. Replacement of broken windows and defective window seals, repairs to the roof including edge corrosion treatment, removal of vegetation and debris from gutters and the drainage system, including a full CCTV drainage survey. Flat roof re-surfacing following the removal of extensive vegetation. Replacement of roller shutter and aluminium pedestrian doors. Sand blasting to remove graffiti from concrete walls. Yard repairs including replacement of a concrete bollard and line marking. Replacement of suspended ceilings and partition walls. Full electrical and mechanical fit out including fire detection and alarm system. New floor coverings throughout.
