JJL were awarded the contract to convert an existing ambient warehouse into a freezer for the Greene King contract for K+N Ltd.
The project involved removal of the existing floor slab to facilitate the laying of a freezer specification floor slab, erection of the insulated envelope, installation of new dock doors, high level racking and refrigeration equipment. Associated M&E works, fire alarm aspiration system within the freezer, and security and CCTV system and associated external works including line marking.
