Fit out of a brand new warehouse, as a regional drinks storage and distribution warehouse.
The project involved:

  • erection of insulated envelope to create chill store
  • propane refrigeration system
  • pallet, cantilever and carton live racking systems
  • mezzanine areas
  • internal Armco protection and floor marking
  • installation of fuel station and vehicle wash and associated civil and drainage works
  • installation of new roller shutter doors, including portal steel frame strengthening works
  • CCTV, access control and security system; fire alarm and smoke detection system
  • installation of backup generator
  • a new canopy and an extension to the existing canopy
